Great Mental Health Nurse Practitioner|Physician Assistant position offering autonomy, flexibility, and the backing of a trusted national organization. Typical schedule is one facility per day - no time clock, no minimum hours. Once rounding is complete, your day is yours

Position Highlights:

Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and behavioral health support for residents across eight skilled nursing facilities
Collaborate with facility teams to create individualized treatment plans
Deliver consistent follow-up care that improves emotional and psychological well-being
W2 position with customizable schedule
Base salary with uncapped compensation paid biweekly

Developed infrastructure with extensive back office as well as local management support
Qualifications:
Active Washington PMHNP or Psych PA license with independent practice and billing capability
Current Washington DEA registration
Excellent clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
A passion for improving mental health in post-acute and long-term care settings
