Please review the following :

Consult and deliver on strategies and programs for the enterprise that focus on teammate skills. Focus on efforts that enables the Strategic Workforce Planning Team to execute Truist's approach to a skills-enabled process in partnership with the enterprise skills teams and organizations across HR. Provide consultation to business leaders and HR partners related to Truist's skills framework as it relates to strategic workforce planning.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Senior professional that applies in-depth knowledge and a foundational understanding of concepts and principles of skills-enabled strategic workforce planning and other related professional disciplines. 2. Provide comprehensive support for strategic initiatives related to enterprise-wide skills programs and processes. 3. Apply knowledge of best practices derived from experience to take a new perspective on existing solutions and solve complex problems. Exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. 4. Employ strong written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with individuals and groups at all levels of the organization. 5. Analyze data, draw conclusions, design and generate reporting collateral; create and execute on customized communication plans for business unit and Human Resource initiatives. 6. Lead projects with manageable risks and resource requirements; play significant roles in larger, more complex initiatives. 7. Act as a resource for teammates with less experience. 8. Work independently and receives minimal guidance.

QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Five years of professional experience or equivalent 3. Three years of demonstrated experience using principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the Human Resources discipline 4. Understanding of foundational concepts of other related professional disciplines 5. Experience managing projects or project work streams 6. Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and the factors that differentiate Truist and its competitors in the market 7. Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders 8. Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates 9. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products 10. Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience working in the financial services industry 2. Professional certification in HR related discipline (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, assessments, etc.); formal project management training or certification (PMP).

Availability Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need. Travel Up to 25%
